Providing Necessities
When you're a child living in an orphanage, Santa doesn't always find his way to you. That's where we come in. Every year our Christmas project called Santa's Shoebox collects holiday presents for orphaned children in Ukraine. Items such as hats, gloves, balls, puzzles, socks and toothbrushes fill the boxes and bring the true spirit of Christmas to orphanages.

The orphanages we assist are always in need of repairs and supplies. Whether replacing a heating system to keep the children warm through the cold winter, or providing new shoes, we are constantly working to improve the lives of the children living in orphanages. Twice a year, once in the summer and again during the holiday season, World Orphan Project organizes orphan host programs that bring Ukrainian orphans to America to spend time with families who open their hearts and homes to these deserving kids. This is a unique opportunity to directly change the life of an orphan and at the same time provide your family with a truly amazing experience while creating bonds to last a lifetime.
